OK this shows my progress along my Atkins journey. Long story short, my highest weight was between 275-280. By the time I started Atkins in May 04 I was between 265-270. My lowest steady weight was between 210 - 215. After this time I started ahving concerns aabout if my weight had dropped too low, so I considered going back up to about 225. Shortly after the Holidays rolled around and I decided to give myself a "break" and eat wahtever I pleased. As a result I got back up to about 232 or so. Recently I deceided that I definitely liked how I looked at 215-220 so I started re-induction this week to get back to that weight. So far I have dropped about 7lbs., and I am weighing in at 225. My pants size has dropped from a 40-42 to 36-38. I was starting to push 3x shirts and now I am in XL's. I even have shoes that feel too big now, because my feet aren't as wide. All in all , the only thing that I can say is I LOVE THIS WOE. :icondance
