For induction it might be a bit heavy on the tomato, as there looks to be more than one cup's worth, but (all considered) a good choice.

the munchmobile....well, its actually a van. this writer for the star ledger, a nj newspaper, has been doing this column for 10 years. each weekend during the summer months they travel the state with a different theme for food. they go to "munch" as scheduled. this past summer i did the caribbean/cajun/cuban trip. we went to 7 different restaurants that day: 1) the havana cafe, bloomfield nj 2) cool runnin's, new brunswick, nj 3) the caribbean cafe, new brunswick, nj 4) de island breeze, somerset, nj 5) the people's choice, east orange, nj 6) cafe el sol, newark, nj and 7) krissie's jamaican & american cuisine, irvington, nj.
