    my before picture

    as some of u may know i am getting married in 11 days and me and atkins are not getting on that good at the moment but i am trying to say on track!!!

    So here is my before picture

              CONGRATS on getting married...I know that was the happiest day of my life by far.

              My husband and I got married almost 4 years ago, and since I have gained 65 lbs...thats why I am back to this woe...stay strong and stay commited to atkins.
