

Alittle bit of History, I used to post on here and lost 20 kilos in 4 months, about umm,2yrs ago maybe alittle longer. Now im back to where i began.. Because i didnt eat right! i didnt gain any weight for sooo long after i finished atkins.. And then all of a sudden it slipped back on.. devistated.. Finally got myself back onto Atkins and am convinced to change my life after i finish atkins, Sticking to veggies, meat,fruits etc.
This time its much harder.. My body is rejecting alot of the atkins food. I cant eat Tuna, i cant eat chops they make me want to throw up, Bacon etc.. (although im forcing bacon down) Even cheese makes me feel alittle sick.. I hate it! lol... My problem is im not really wanting to try many recipes either because im scared they will stall me. I lived on alot of water, bacon cheese lettuce and veggies and chicken when i first did atkins. Anyone else have this problem after redoing Atkins? Not being able to stomach the foods once your body knows your going back to atkins? lol
Anyways, i started at 231lbs i lost 15.lbs in one week, now its been almost a month, Im stalled.. I broke the diet twice i must admit, but jumped straight back into it.. My Weight wont budge, i got down to 209lbs, And then it went back up to 211lbs. Im not really sure how to start losing again but its starting to stress me out. Because i just started a job, And the hours are long.. in the city, and theres nothing nearby at cafes that i can eat. So i eat breakfast and Dinner.
I seem to be losing inches on my top area of my stomach, And nothing down the bottem, here are my stats for what has changed
jan 15th
belly button 43 and half inches
top stomach 43 inches
22nd jan 08
belly button - 41inches
top stomach 39 inches
and again, i have stopped losing there as well
Sorry for the pics looking umm.. Awful, I have horrible Strechmarks which sucks as i am only 20.
ANYWAYS, i better stop here, im writing a novel lol.. Thanks in advance to anyone who gives honest feedback. (im not gonna stop if you cant see a difference yet lol)
