    My Photo Journey so Far...Many Photos

    I started on 1/6/07 at 190 and by June I lost 40 Lbs. I have been maintaining since but I'm ready to make goal this year.

    Before at 185-190




    In the middle at 158-178





    Current at 148-151



    25 yo Female 5'1"
    WOL Start: 1/6/07
    Weight: Start 190/Current 149/Goal 132
    Smoke-free since January 17, 2008

      Absolutely Fantastic. Great Progress, Goal is there for the taking.
      40 year old male 6' 3"

      What I know:
      1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
      2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
      3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
      4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.
