Thank you. I have arthritis in my spine but thanks to the weight I've lost...I've not had to deal, lately, with the horrific back aches (I think that's why I was slouched over in the beginning). For that alone, I'm grateful.

You will find yourself pleasantly surprised with the weight you can lose if you stick with it and follow the rungs correctly. Best of health to you.
