  • Almost one year. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Just an update for you guys. I am nearing my one year low carb lifestyle come April, and I couldn't be any happier. What a year it has been, and I gotta tell you I felt like this was the year I was actually born (corny right).
    From 380 to 270. i couldn't have stuck with it in the beginning if it wasn't for this forum, So Thank You guys!!!!I still have a long way to go, but I am going to do it with a smile.

      Congratulations! I was looking at your pictures earlier and was amazed by how much weight you have lost in just a year, bloody men lol. My boyfriend lost the same amount of weight in a year as you, and I still get angry that I only lost 40 lbs lol

      You've done well though, keep up the good work!
