This thread will be updated periodically as I progress through the before, during, and after/maintenance phases of a low-carb lifestyle.
These "before" pictures give you some of idea of where I've been and my progress made eating a normal (i.e. carbohydrate-rich) diet to sustain breastfeeding my son. I've gained about 10 pounds since starting to wean, but now that I'm completely done with breastfeeding, I can restart Atkins!
I'll post an official before picture in the next few days.
Highest weight ever, nine days before giving birth (April 2007), US size 22 jeans, weight about 275 pounds:

1 week post-partum (April 2007), US size 22 jeans, weight about 250 pounds (my previously "stable" weight, +/- 10 pounds):
