Thanks to all of you for the compliments.....I was feeling a bit down as i had not been losing....you all cheered me up....
I have been on and off Atkins for about 2 years, although i would say it really only took me about 8months to lose the weight.....
Yes, my hair is naturally curly......on a bad day it is wild!!!
