        Hello Ben, I am new to the board and want to say what an inspiration stories like yours are. The very best to you. How I wish I had taken my weight problem seriously at your age and done something about it. Atkins way of life is great the food is tasty and satisfying so it should be easy to lose again.

        Did you give up the excersise? is that why you gained weight? or did you just stop doing low carb?

            Welcome Back Ben! You have done really well so far. Most of us all fall off the wagon sometime or another - the most important thing is that your back on!!!!!!!!!! You have done a wonderful job! Way to go.

                Sorry for my absence lately

                Nick9973 - I workled @ walmart on the overnight crew stocking pets, I think that helped alot. Otherwise I would also do cardio at home on the treadmill and also workout with weights. Bench press, shoulder press, overhead tricep extensions, bicep curls ....stuff like that. Oh yea cant forget pushups.

                minoflex - I dunno bout ufc lol. they have good chests...my chest sucks haha

                cookiecate - I'm so glad that i could be of inspiration to someone. I gained back because I slowed way down on activity/exercise AND stopped eating the low carb way. A big factor for both of those reasons is because I went back to working days at walmart instead of working overnight. Days is much less active.

                            These pictures are really inspirational to me, I'm a 23 year old male and kind of see myself in some of your pictures where you were in the 200's. I'm 235 right now and have always hovered around this weight for a few years now, how tall are you? I', 6'1 and was hoping to get to the 185/190ish area. I really hope to look something like what you do in those last pictures.
