I first started Feb of last year. I got to 246 within 3months of gym and diet. Then my schedule at work changed, and I stopped both diet and gym for around 8 months. Then Feb 22nd this year I started again, diet and gym. Then half way through march I started cheating on my diet, and stopped going to the gym. Then half way through April I started again, and haven't messed up yet, nor do I plan on "stopping" ever again.
