    My before pic @ 240lbs. I am disgusted





    I have to put my pic out there so that I can see it everyday when I come to this board and remind myself of how much weight I allowed myself to gain.
    I am on my way to new healthier and leaner me. Wish me luck.

      I just finally took pictures of myself and measurements last week... eye opener for sure!

                The pics will definitely help motivate you! I posted my pics on here in the summer swimsuit challenge...and ICK...let me tell you whenever i'm feeling discouraged i look at those lol. Best of luck to you, and here's to us getting lean and healthy!

                    Love2Lose--WAY TO GO on taking pictures! I was too scared to take pictures of myself at the beginning (I just have a few candid shots), and I wish I would have now! Just follow the plan, and each week you'll continue to get smaller. Next time you take pictures, compare them with these, and prepare to be pleasantly surprised! If you haven't done so already, take starting measurements, too. Keep them somewhere where you won't lose them, and when you take new pictures, take new measurements. Often the tape measure tells the truth when the scale won't!
