  • not much of a loss but been working out...

haven't lost much since these but been excercising a lot...just a reminder of what my face looked like in march at 203 lbs starting day of WOE, and a pic of my before swimsuit challenge pic sometime in march at around 203...now i'm 199 but i think i'm seeing a bit of a difference...and i think i'm developing some mean arm muscles underneath all my flab lol:

    and today:

I am having a similar experience. I am working out like mad. not seeing the weight loss numbers on the scale I want to... but... I feel great. And am seeing the difference.

You look fantastic. there are clear changes! Congrats!!! Remember not to trust the numbers on the scale...

Curious... what are you doing for exersize?

Re: not much of a loss but been working out...

thanks for the replies i have had a few slip ups diet wise...so that might explain why i haven't lost much...but for excercise i set a goal for myself to do do 150 miles on the stationary bike in april. i made it to 120, and i've done about 25 so far this month. other than that i've been doing this ten minute arm sculpting video i found on youtube with just 2 or 3 lb dumbells every other day or so. i try to do leg and ab stuff once in a while but the excercises are too hard right now. and I try to walk when i get the chance but i'm afraid to since last week i almost was attacked by a dog...

hopefully the scales catch up to all our hard work soon! in the meantime take your measurements! I've lost a little here and there...i lost 2 inches around my bust without losing a lb...unless it just shifted downwards onto my stomach lol

I can definitely tell the difference in face and in body. I am 5'2" also and 156 lbs. and would not be able to wear that spaghetti strap tank. It looks great on you. I also love your lighter hair color, it suits you well.

Thanks Atkid Don't be fooled by the tank top...it looks awful in the back lol back rolls...if it weren't for the back flab, i might wear that shirt in public....maybe in a couple of months ...sometimes i really hate my large chest, but atleast it helps distract the eye from my flabby stomach lol.

You look great and so much younger in the after pictures. Im finding the same thing with a stall on the scales but Ive been working out so it could be that im losing inchs more then actual weight. Same could be for you too..

Thank you aussie and sally! Thanks Aussie for the younger comment! I've heard this WOE can be like a youth serum! It is true about inches lost without weight loss...seems so wierd and it can be frustrating not to see the scale go down, but I know the scale is not all that matters. I still wish it would go down hehe
