    6 weeks into it....

    The first picture was taken the day before I started... excuse the no make-up look.. lol and the one to the right was taken today. I can see my arms and face looking thinner.. YAHHOOOOOOO.... I'm really trying so hard and I'm working out, Ive never worked this hard to lose weight it some times feels like its taking for ever but after seeing these I'm really sticking with it.
    36 year old Female - 5'8
    New start on Atkins 3/8/2010 Start weight 175 lbs.
    Goal weight 145 lbs
    Mini goal #1-170 lbs - Reached 3/15/2010
    Mini goal #2-165 lbs -
    Mini goal #3-160 lbs -
    Mini goal #4-155 lbs -
    Final goal of 145 "COMING SOON"
