
Hi,
I am on Atkins for 3 months now. It goes very slow. I've lost so far 8 kg (17,6 lbs).
My weight on picture 1 = 93,5 kg (206,1 lbs).
Weight on picture 2 = 85,5 kg (188,5 lbs).
Even dough it is going slow.... the good news it is going.
My end goal is 78 kg (172 lbs) so i'm halfway.
Getting on Atkins was not easy, but after 2 weeks i got really used to it.
No big cravings (exept for fries). No sugar or chocolate anymore.
I stick now to 30 grams of carbonhydrate a day and i don't really have it hard.
That it is going slow is no problem 4 me because i have more benefits.
I regained my full health and energy. Everybody in the house gets flu, but not me. I get early up and my mooth is much better. No painfull legs or back.
No more reflux! Just feeling good in my skin.
I think that is more important then anything !!!
I never really cheated. (or sometimes with 100 grams of fries (CH=23) but i stay under 30 grams.)
Sugar and candy is banned!
