2 months in Atkins, 33 lbs. gone forever!

This is my first before and during photo, after looking at this transformation that I have made in only 2 months I feel at first sad cause I ask myself why didnt I do this before, but then I feel so great and happy to have take the decision to commit myself to recover my health and happiness.

I got my inspiration here with all of you, here I realized I could really do it without having to get a bypass surgery, I know I still have a long way to go, but I know I will get to my goal. I remember now how good it feels to love myself and also its nice to see that I actually have a neck! I havent been in this weight since i was 28 years old! 10 years or even more, I cant remember, I have been fat for so long, but that is comming to an end!

As we watch the scale go down we know, we have proof, that we are losing the pounds we've been hoping to lose for a loooooong time. What's better is to see ourselves transform in pictures - there's nothing better than that!

Rosita u can really tell an amazing difference in your appearance..Keep up the great work...I have been on induction for one week...lost 5 lbs...can you give me any advice, Do you find yourserlf eating a lot of cheese.. any feedback would be great.
