    Jenivieve74 Before/During

    ok, I posted these earlier today and some how they disappeared. Let's try it again. The first 2 are what made me start Atkins the first time. It was the day after my 30th bday and at my brother-in-laws wedding. I didn't get very far doing Atkins that time. The next 2 were taken right after I started. The next 2 were last June. Those made me start again. I was around 184 pounds. I did good through Thanksgiving but not Christmas. I started back Jan 2008. I had a goal of losing weight for my best friends wedding. I had cake at her wedding and I guess because it was all over I went on a month long cheating spree in March. Thankfully I only gained back 5 pounds that month. It has been a struggle getting back on with no cheats. I haven't cheated in the last 16 days and I hope to continue with out them. The other pictures were taken yesterday. I am now at 142 lbs.

      Wow. You look amazing. Isn't it insane how much older being overweight makes us look and feel. You look so young and healthy. By looking at your most recent pic I would have thought you are about 21 or 22 y/o.

                          wow!! you look so MUCH thinner and YOUNGER! isn't it amazing what weight loss does for our "youth"?? my final goal is 140......i wonder if and when i will ever get there. you inspire me!

                                          I didn't know how old I looked before. I always thought fat filled out wrinkles. I know I feel younger. I could hardly exercise before. I could only rollerblade for about 5 min. with my kids, then I would hurt a lot. I can do a lot more with them now without getting worn out. It's actually enjoyable now to ride bikes and stuff. Thanks for all of nice comments.
