I ain't been around for a while. But here's the story. I had gotten down to about 227 lbs. Then I got stuck. I tried adjusting the diet. Less carbs, more carbs, different things. Moved onto OWL and then back to induction. Exercised more, but I was stuck between 230 lbs and 240 lbs. I got a little side tracked around Christmas and got back up to 250 lbs. Hit Induction hard again and got down to 240 lbs. Then I stalled again.
I got to thinking, when I lifted weights alot and would not noticed any gains for a while, I'd radically switch up my routine. I think my body has just adapted to low carb that it figured out how to stabilize itself and not lose anymore. So I switched it up with my own bastardized version of the Slim Fast diet. I've been drinking two shakes a day, eating a Banquet TV dinner for supper, and some fruit and sugar free pudding for snacks. Been on this for about a month. I went from 240 lbs to 215 lbs in that time. I'm gonna stay on this until I stall again. Then switch back to Atkins.
Here's some pics. Oh and BTW, I am now wearing a size 36 pants and a Large Shirt.
