        Thanks for the nice replies. I haven't been back in a while to check them! I am still doing good in my weight loss! I have started running and even though it seems like I have been gaining and loosing the same 2lbs, the inches seem to be coming off!

        I am sad to say that my hubby has not continued his weight loss. He has actually put on about 60 lbs in just a few months. I am not sure at what point he lost control, but he has been going over board. I try to be careful what I say, because I know when I was overweight it hurt my feels more and didn't help when people made suttle comments about loosing weight. I know that it is very common to gain the weight back, is there anything I can DO to help him!?!?!?

          First, what you say about lbs gaining and loosing, is very common, sometimes the scale makes us more bad than beneficts. I take reference about it but the main for me is taking measures of me and looking how the clothes is in my body.

          And what your say about your dh, you are true when you say you have to be careful, but you have to talk with him and turn the situation. Now is a moment when you feel quite bad, cause all the good work you did looks have been losen. You know, this is a long and difficult journey, sometimes with good and bad times, but you have to help him to be in the good one the most of the time. You'll have to see the best way to speak with him but is very important do that for first stopping the situation and after training to change that.

          You know, when i felt one and other time usually was because i lost the order in my life, speak with him and try to take the control, the control about diet, the most important, and about exercise. The other thing you need is time to have good results.
