Wow! How incredibly awesome! You must feel fantastic and be very proud of what you've accomplished so far! I, too, have a large amount of weight to lose (100+ lbs.).
I hope you don't mind but I had a few questions. I was wondering if you had any issues of loose skin and, if so, what you did for it? Also, even though the induction foods I'm using are helping me to lose weight, I'm starting to get bored. Do you know of some resources that can help me gain some variety of what items I can eat? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
