I've been doing HIIT for a while now. Usually on farm tracks but sometimes on the treadmill - I run 1 minute flat out, then walk 1 minute and do that for 30 minutes.

Plus weight training 3 x a week. One day chest/shoulders, one day legs/back, one day arms. Really done no ab work lately, but did a lot after my last surgery to rebuild the stomach muscles after they were cut.

No, actually for the weather you have pretty even color. But being able to show so much more skin without having to feel selfconscious you'll need extra sun time :yes I'd imagine extra sun block too so your not frying the parts that haven't seen daylight in recent years. I know this summer I had fried upper arms just from feeling cozy enough to go sleaveless!

Yup, exact same thing here, my arms got the most sun due to finally being willing to show them. Summer is nearly over here now so maybe next year will be the year for a brown stomach

Yeah well just keep in mind that this is a 55 year old lady, who will be having a total hip replacement in September, trying to keep up with all those sweet young things!!!! Shall we simply say that, my "style" is not quite the same as theirs!!!!!!

But yes, I do thank you for noting my perseverance....it truly helps on "those" days..
