Well guys thanks for all of the encouragement, I'm sitting in my office our refrigerator is full of junk food. Part of me wants some and the other part just says lets not even go there. I've been doing and feeling great I exercise everyday even if it's just for a half hour. My appetite has diminished as well; almost to the point of not getting in the 1800 calories needed a day. Stay tuned I will be posting my pics 8/20/08. I know I’ve lost inches don’t know about weight I will weigh in on the 20th also.

Good Luck everyone! I went to Sonic for half price burgers and ordered two single burgers w cheese with lettuce and tomato and of course minus the buns!! Its getting easier every day but the weight isnt dropping like I thought.

I believe you can do it...Im so frustrated, I lost 11 lbs and cant lose not one pound...not sure what im doing wrong...ive been doing the same since i started and nothing will come off.....HELP!! Im beginning to think this diet is a waste of time....
