Hi guys, I'm returning back to the website from a 2 year hiatus. That's right, I'm not exactly new, but I'm sure the community has changed enough since the last time I was active on these message boards.
Originally, I had come here in the middle of 2005, weighing over 370+ lbs, got all the way to a goal of ~230-225 lbs and disappeared. I gained a girlfriend, career, and all of my weight since then. Where I was once a gym rat and Atkins aficionado, I'm now more of a beat-up, bitter, but motivated one-time Atkins loser.
So, who was I? I was this guy:

this guy,

this guy too,

this guy with this silly picture,

and this guy,

...
Unfortunately, when I met this girl:

I quickly became this guy:

So there you go. I'm back on Atkins, hoping to keep a journal, help others, and get myself back into a shape. I miss being comfortable with myself. I miss being confident, more outgoing, and nicer looking - all of which Atkins helped produce in myself 2 years ago.
