    So far...

    I have been on atkins now since august 2007. I started at 255.5 LBS and now I am at 184.5 Lbs I thought id put up some pics i have of my progress. I dont have any really recent pics, the last one is from early Aug2008.



    I still have a ways to go yet, but it is nice to see the difference. it has been a long journey so far, and i have fallen from the horse a few times now...but I just keep getting back on and reminding myself what I really want. Thanks for looking. Have a great day.

            hey,you look great I've started at the same weight as you and have 50lbs to go & your picture's have gotten me excited to go on line with mine,could you list a (I) day meal plan.

                      Ya.. all I can say is you look fantastic. Good job!! Isn't it amazing how the contours of our face change through this process... you are gorgeous!
