  • So tired of being fat

    Well...here are my start pictures. I started the AD yesterday. I have actually been on this diet during my teen years and it worked. I just jumped off the bandwagon and stayed off for awhile. But, after three kids in three years, I have decided it's time to get back on and fix myself.

    I haven't weighed myself in probably three months. The last time I did I weighed 247. My clothes are pretty tight right now, so I am guessing I weigh 250-260. I need to buy a scale and find out my exact weight.

    These are my starting pics. My goal is to weigh 120-130...or be a size 8. I have about 120 (give or take a few lbs) to go. Wish me luck. And thanks for looking. Sorry about the size of the pics. I tried every way I knew how to resize...

        Welcome to ADBB and to Atkins. Girl, you do NOT look like a retard. You look like a young lady who wants to take back her life! You certainly have chosen the healthiest lifestyle there is for that.
        You are going to get healthy, healthy, healthy!
