    I do crunches everyday... workout at least 4 times a week or more twice a day sometimes.. and I go to Curves which is a great place to get in shape 2... but really I think why I have lost so many inches so quick is because of kickboxing, dancing (even if its just playing around I dance to songs when I get bored at home lol)... and my stability ball... thanks everyone... Im gonna put up another picture on the 9th of november in that picture I had only lost 15 pounds.. right now I've lost 22+ but I only weigh myself once a month at least I try to lol

      Fantastic job! Don't forget if you have been working out your body compostion is changing and muscle has a different density than fat, so as they say muscel weights more than fat!!

        Egads! 15 pounds REALLY shows on you! Yes... tell us about your working out... (edit: Oh wait, I hadn't read all the posts. Well like I'm going to do kickboxing. oh well!) But anyway, I'm stoked for you!

          Your definetly showing pounds lost. Can you please give any pointers for the induction phase that helped you. I am just starting so any advise would help especially from one who has lost.
          Struggling with weight loss.

              wow,amazing job. you don't look anywhere near 200 lbs on the 2nd picture. i think i'll have to start kickboxing, do you use a dvd or just do it yourself? also, just curious to how many pant sizes you lost and how long did this take you to do? what an inspiration.....Congrats...i'm so anticipating nov. 9th for your next picture....

                    Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions regarding your exercise routine...I greatly appreciate it!!!! You're doing awesome and everything you're doing is really paying off in a big way!

                    How many crunches do you do each day?

                    Also, regarding the kickboxing...is there a certain DVD you use that you can recommend?

                            sorry just now logged in and saw all of your replies ... anyways here are your questions answered

                            I do no less than 200 crunches a day and I try to do them before I go to sleep and I add some in whenever I can during the day

                            I bought a punching bag and boxing gloves and have been doing that often although the dvd that I use that has kickboxing, strength, dance and everything fun is Turbo Jam... if you don't have it try to get it because it is great I love it and have yet to get bored of it... Turbo Jam also has a 20 minute workout that is full of kicks, punches, etc. which is also good for getting rid of stress :P... I have been on Atkins for about 4 months and have gone from a tight size 18 in womens scary ... to a size 12/13 in juniors... I still have a LONG way to go but we will see... :P I will put up another pic soon ... if you have anymore questions feel free to ask and I will try to help the best I can. Thanks!
