I do crunches everyday... workout at least 4 times a week or more twice a day sometimes.. and I go to Curves which is a great place to get in shape 2... but really I think why I have lost so many inches so quick is because of kickboxing, dancing (even if its just playing around I dance to songs when I get bored at home lol)... and my stability ball... thanks everyone... Im gonna put up another picture on the 9th of november in that picture I had only lost 15 pounds.. right now I've lost 22+ but I only weigh myself once a month at least I try to lol
