So hi. I'm Victoria, 18, and a freshman in college. I've been overweight for most of my life, but it never really seemed that bad. I didn't think I looked particularly fat, but I didn't like the number on the scale, so I started working out more and counting calories. I lost about 30 pounds. I'm about to start Atkins because since I got to college, my eating habits are awful. I realised that the true poison in my diet is all the little sugary treats I'd let myself have. They completely undermined me when I thought they'd help me stay on track. So here's a picture of before I started losing weight and one of before I'm starting Atkins.
May of 2007, I'm the one on the far right. I was 16 years old and about 215-220 pounds.

October 2008, Still on the far right. I'm 18 and about 185 pounds. Sorry the bag's in the way. I don't allow a lot of full body shots.
