We must be Atkins twins or something, because we are roughly the same age, height, weight AND have the same name I was down to 173 a few months ago and crashed the wagon head on into a carb mountain!
But I am back and looking forward to similar result to yours (if I am that lucky this time!) Congrats on the great progress, I am looking forward to watching all your accomplishments! You look absolutely fantastic!

I love having an Atkins twin! Maybe we'll hit goal around the same time! I so understand what it is like to crash into the carb mountain, though!
