    Before and during pics'

    Hey all,

    I still have a way's to go but here are some pics of me at around 300





    These are around 280'ish






    And just the other day I took a few self camera shots i'm at 248 now. I still have a way's to go but i'm hackin away!








    The pics may be overkill but I have tons of people who kept yelling at me to put up new pics on myspace, so I had to get creative with a bathroom, cell phone and a few phony smiles!

    Atkins + Exercise = Results!
    Started~ 315
    Short Term~ 250 (Achieved)
    Mid Term~ 220
    Long Term ~ 200

    Now~ 248

                                  Fantastic! What a difference. Your kids look adorable too. You have a beautiful smile....ok I know guys don't like that word ( I have 3 sons)...... how about handsome smile. Regardless, you've done real, real good. It's hard to take your own pic isn't it?

                                      Thanks for all the replies and compliments. I certainly don't mind someone telling me I have a great anything....lol. And sadly those are not my kids but my little cousin little nephew. Adorable those two are. Bad as crap, but adorable...lol.

                                                      HOLY CRAP! Now that's what a man never wants to hear....... I kid....but seriously. Thank you all for the boost and comrodary (spelling). I too love looking at these pics of people posting. Great inspiration!

                                                          Excellent work! You can TOTALLY tell the difference in the photos ~ like in your face and neck. Keep it up and if you ever feel tempted look at the before and after pictures.
