Okay so here it goes, a before pic....hopefully this will look a bit different in a few more weeks and VERY different in a few months!! Need help with the love handles though!!!




i noticed you're doing lots of squats..don't you hate those?! I started working out again about 2 weeks before begining Atkins but figured I should kick it up a notch. I did my first legs workout last Sunday and it took my until Thursday before I could get back into the gym again! I used to have a personal trainer and have dated a lot of P.T.'s so I'm pretty familiar with the workouts but man let me tell you I HATE squats and lunges esp. They really kick my butt! Good for you you'll see amazing results from doing those!
It won't take you long to get to goal, I'm sure.
