    Hey Fleur! When did you start Atkins? Just curious since we seem to have pretty similar stats. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks of induction for me and to be honest, I'm nervous to weigh in!!! I have been measuring and my inches are going down but I've also been exercising a lot so I'm thinking since muscle weighs more than fat I won't see a huge change on the scale. Ahhh makes me not want to weigh in at the gym tomorrow!

    Wow sounds like you do have a hectic household!!

      Hey, you're looking great already girl...I wish I looked as great as you do now!!!

      You'll be at your goal in no time flat....thanks for sharing your pics with us. Keep us posted on how things are going... and keep up the great work!

      Btw....I LOVE your dog...what an absolute cutie. I WISH I could have a boxer...one of my most favorite breeds but sadly I'm terribly allergic to them...they're soooo sweet!

        I started in the first week of December and was very good - did a totally clean induction - the fell off the wagon a bit over the holidays, so am now redoing my induction (started Jan 2nd)... I've been doing 30mins aerobics every day and 10 mins pilates for either legs/arms/abs (actually I keep doing legs and arms and missing abs and I figure at least I can cover them with my clothes ) This week has been nan's and my other half's birthday so I have made 2 cakes and not touched them

            Well today was day 14, and as I suspected, no weight loss BUT no weight gain either. I was bummed but since I kind of prepped myself for it it wasn't a huge blow to my ego. When I measured this morning I was still shrinking, guess the scale just hasn't caught up yet.....Hrmmm Hopefully I'll have better results next week. Think I'll stay on induction a little longer and add some more veggies into my diet. Thanks for your support guys
