I can see a very big difference! Far less tummy overhang and a general slimming down all over. Brilliant! Keep up the good work... you're doing swell!

I'm the same, meat and 2 veg every night. I wish I had time to be creative!

It almost looks like the beginnings of a six pack in the one current pic! Are you doing any special exercises to supplement the meat and veggie meals? Keep up the good work.

I am doing cardiovascular exercise mostly. I do some chest presses and stomach crunches to help along these problem areas.
Meat and 2 veg is always induction friendly anyway, so I shouldn't have too much to worry about.
