You can do this! My DH started Atkins with me over five years ago and he lost over 80 pounds and has kept all but a few pounds off. He's working on those again. The most important thing is to realize that this is a journey for the rest of your life. It's VERY doable and exceptionally healthy. Be sure to try some of Linda Sue's most excellent recipes.
