    These are my during pictures. They make me sad.

    5'2" @ approximately 209/208. ( Will make sure weight is accurate when I get home from the gym. )



    Ugh. I absolutely hate the one of my back. What happened?!

    Don't be sad! You have a noticeable waist and a good figure which is gonna be terrific very soon.
    You won't regret posting these when you're a little way down the line and have them for comparison.

      Aw, thank you! I feel quite a bit better, now!

      And, yes, I think that it'll be very exciting to post lower weight pictures right next to these, eventually!

        TRUST ME when I say that I know just how you feel and I’m a living witness to you that Atkins does make it all better if you follow the plan. I cried for months after I took my before pictures and now I think, had I known how well I was going to do I could have saved myself the tears

            Don't be sad Lover. I am exactly where you are...our height and weight are very similiar. You can do this. I am on my second run and plan to keep the weight off this time.

            I'm with Dez, use these pictures as motivation. Do you have a journal in journal chats? My journal helps to keep me motivated and accountable. I track my progress, goals and success there. Keep up the good work and turn that sadness into motivation and get to your goal! Take care, I look forward to reading about your progress and success.

              Hey, it's always good to hear from people in the same situation! Or, in this case, weight/height/etc.!

              A journal is actually an excellent idea; I could start keeping track of how long I walk/how fast/how much weight I'm lifting, etc.! Cool! Thanks!

                It can be very hard to even take before photos let alone post them for the world to see, so good for you!! These will give you motivation and keep you accountable... Sending lots of luck and good wishes your way!!! If you hit a bump are need a chat there are TONS of amazing people on here!!!

                    turn that frown upside down! you have GREAT photos to use as your starting point and WHEN you hit goal, you'll love being able to compare them to the new ones. remember to take your measurements too. you will amaze yourself!

                      Lover, you are going to be so glad you took those photos when you have your "after" photos to post up there with them.

                      It took a lot of courage and commitment for you to post them. And you WILL lose the weight!
