I have been on Induction now for 14 Days today so I thought I would share my before and a photo from today. I have lost 12lbs and 7inches.

Before - 208lbs. My mirror needs a clean


Today - 196lbs. My mirror STILL needs a clean

your arms look a little bit thinner and your tummy looks smaller. 12lbs is pretty good
