    Hi,

    I did have a previous post with my before photos but I removed them.
    I decided to post some more without my head.
    These are taken at 201 (5lb loss in first week)
    I actually like my shape, But I definatly want to get rid of any lumps and bumps and tone up my arms. Excersise is key.

    Anyway here is me before at -5 lb (201)

    Anyway I am goinh to forget about these now. Once I get to my second goal weight, retake the photos and see how I change.

    Also what I am wearing is not a dress, I just needed something to cover me up a little bit, so it is just a boob tube top which i made long.

    Height 5'9
    Start Weight - 206lb ( 30.4 ) - 13/03/09 (Obese)
    Goal Weight 1 - 196lb ( 28.9 ) - 03/04/09 (Overweight)
    Goal Weight 2 - 189lb ( 27.9 )
    Goal Weight 3 - 182lb ( 26.9 )
    Goal Weight 4 - 168lb ( 24.8 ) (Healthy)
    Goal Weight 5 - 161lb ( 23.8 )
    Goal Weight 6 - 154lb ( 22.7 )
    Goal Weight 7 - 150lb ( 22.1 )

    Congrats on 5lbs! You do have a great shape! I wish I had the hourglass figure. Keep up the good work.

      Thank you so much for sharing. I am 5'9" as well, however, weigh much more then you, but our goal weights are the same. I first said 215, then 175, now at 150 I feel that will be the best..

        Hrm. I am 5'10" and workout and at 172, I was wearing a size 10... I really think that sizes are a much better way to go than weight, if I were 5'9 and weighed 160 but was a size 8, I would be happy, probably not searching for that other 10lbs to lose. Then again, if I didn't exercise (which I've done before), I have weighed 145/150 and been a size 14. Just something to keep in mind... completely off topic.

          I totally understand what you are saying.


          I already do excersise although it does not show yet. So if I keep the excersise up then I will weigh more due to muscle mass.

          I'd rather be 160lb and toned
          Than 140lb and untoned.

          So I totally agree what you are saying.
          I will try focus less on the weight loss and more on the inch loss.

            I'm 5'10" and at 145 I wore a size 6/8 (ok, it was almost always an 8...) and I was too thin (looking back). I think you have a good outlook, congrats on your weight loss so far Good luck reaching your goal!

              i'm 5'10 and at 180 wore a very loose 14, but not -quite- a 12. I also hardly worked out at all back then, and didn't look toned at all. I'd rather weigh more and look less, than weigh less and be flabby!

                I did my measurements start of atkins.
                I lost a large amount of weight on first week.
                Second 2weeks was less weight. But I had excersised a lot thoese 2weeks.
                I just measured myself. I knew I had lost inches as my trousers was loose. But I have lots inches. The numbers on the tape measure made me much more happy than weight loss.

                So I am sticking to the measurements
