    WHOA - Very inspirational! I am starting back FINALLY today - As I sit here with my last glass of Pinot Noir and having been to Publix to buy all things LOW CARB!!!! Great Job Mister!

            thanks for the encouragement guys....I'm back on induction now though as had a little slip due to a few problems, but pleased to get my energy levels back! Weight loss has been kick started too.
