    Hey guys! I just had a baby and gained A LOT of weight! So a co-worker told me she lost almost 100lb using this diet so here I go to try it! I have about 80lbs to lose, BUT i would be happy with just 50 or 40.

    Nice to see you there.
    Atkins is a great way to lose weight so you will be a thinner version soon. Just follow the rules (We use the 2002 DANDR on this board) and it will work for you.
    Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

        Staci, congratulations on committing to Atkins to lose that baby fat. You'll be amazed at how well Atkins works... in weight loss, energy, and all-around good health!
