    2 months in and 29 lbs gone. Face pics

    Its been hard and I cheated twice I have no excuses just was not strong enough. I swore to myself it wont happen a third. Ok sorry If I look angry in these pictures I dont know why I look like that. My family tells me I look angry all the time when am not. I also got full body pictures but I am saving those till I reach my goal.

    After-New at 299 lbs

          a lot less chin (and hair). I love those new weight loss haircuts, they make you feel so good!!

              you look great -- not mad...maybe some sadness in your eyes. Once the weight is gone I'm sure you will see a new light in your eyes as the world opens up for you. Keep opening new doors and moving forward, with Atkins and with your life.
