Weight in this picture 170
This picture was taken a month ago at the Capital. Don't I look like I am having such a great time. This is the biggest I have been in over a year. I had to buy size 14 pants for this trip
Oh well.
I haven't lost much, but I sure do feel a lot better. This picture was taken about a week ago. Current weight between 160/162.

Sorry these aren't body shots! I will work on those whenever I more weight comes off. Might be a while, I move at a turtles pace.
