You look a lot like me, and weigh the same. Adding you to friends.

You hitting the gym machines? Once you get around 300, you'll look REALLY good with some muscle. I started doing a light round on the machines like 3 times a week.
        What I do:
Elliptical gym machine 1 hr Tue-Sun
At 320, switch to cycling on my Trek 500
        2 filtered containers water/day
        Daily salads/veggies

        Goals:

Stop needing High Blood Pressure meds - DONE!
        Workout in a XXXL shirt
        - DONE!
        Workout in a XXL shirt
        Workout in a XL shirt
        270 on the scales

That's mainly because I only take the pictures for myself and once in a while decide to post them online. I'll try to smile more often!

              Thanks everyone!
