    1 thing I noticed is your still smiling in your before picture aswell as after :hug

    So how was exercise for you? I mean, did you have a certain routine or?

          Thanks you all! Before Atkins, I exercised every day doing a video in my room. I got SOME results, but I only lost real weight after Atkins. Then I slacked off on the exercise cause I was seeing results without it. For most of my Atkins journey I did not exercise. Recently I started back, to get it all toned up.

                          Allie is not only beautiful on the outside, she's a wonderful person and a valued friend and role model to me.

                          We've known each other a long time and, although we've yet to meet in person, I feel we are more like sisters because we so agree on our relentless commitment to this woe.

                          She continually inspires me, motivates me, challenges me. Her success is due to her own determination and hardcore approach to Atkins. She deserves all the credit in the world and I consider myself blessed to call her my friend.
