    hello
    i tought i put more pix up of me in progress,first picture 201lbs

    second one 162 or so

    third picture :holding my pants i was wearing about 5 months ago....


    iam at my semi goal around 160ish,final goal is 138,but when i reach 142 i will relax))and start to work out to pack some muscle on.i cant belive thats my ex-pants))))))))lol,not much is left from my journey to reach my goals,this site and all of you guys helped me alot,i know i didnt posted to much,but trust me i was here and looked all the pictures,they inspired me so much in my difficult times,you guys gave me strenght!i want the same happen to you my friend,even tough now you think you cant or seems so far..good luck!

    Woah you're looking awesome! Grats!
    What I do:
    Elliptical gym machine 1 hr Tue-Sun
    At 320, switch to cycling on my Trek 500
    2 filtered containers water/day
    Daily salads/veggies


    Goals:

    Stop needing High Blood Pressure meds - DONE!
    Workout in a XXXL shirt
    - DONE!
    Workout in a XXL shirt
    Workout in a XL shirt
    270 on the scales

            WOW!! Whit-woo, lady!!! You are looking s-moking!! You look like you weigh about 130lbs - your waist is teeny!
            Have you any tips or tricks that have helped since you started? (When did you start by the way? Have you had any cheaty moments?)
            Very inspiring - you should be very proud of yourself.

              it took me so far 4 months and 20 days)
              my trick was that i still had my cappuchinos,and ice coffes,my self i had to make normal food for my family(i still do) and i had my carbless food)but if i really really craved for sweet,wich i didnt after a while,then i would eat sweetend peanat butter like 2 table spoon,full!it made me feel full and it tasted yammi)or i bought the diet candys for diabetic people and have 1 here and there,another trick is if there was some kind of nice nice food ,when we wentr somewhere to visit,i tried it,but like a tea spoon of it,that all,im trying to keep my carb intake between 20-50 gramm a day,but as i said i do have tricks)))the nice thing about it that my friends and family use to it by now,and there is always food for me too,like nice bbq meat and salad,and stuff like that,o and iam a diet coke freak,i think without that i coulndt do it...

                  4 months?? WOW! This way of eating clearly suits you and your metabolism!

                  I think you're right - it is about making substitutions where you would have been reaching for a bag of crisps or a chocolate bar before - so that you are in control.
                  For me, times when I am low or tired or ill are really hard (or if I am a tad hungover....the worst! The Dominos leaflet is by my side all day just calling my name!).

                  Am sure I still have a few kinks to iron out (main one being that I get really wound up by people who say, 'Why don't you just eat a balanced diet?' or 'No diet that cuts out an entire food group is good for you!' - I can never give them a satisfactory answer, darnit!!)

                  Ho-hum!
