    I don't have a before pic and I'm actually happy I don't! LOL
    I Really don't want to remember that person.

    This is 40 pounds down. 225 start and 185/4 now. Still have 25-35 pounds to go. I'm going to see how I Feel and look at a 25 more pound loss and we'll see if I want to go 10 more pounds. I refuse to obsess about it.
    Sorry about the filthy mirror. It's my kid's bathroom...

                        Thank you everyone! I always love seeing the pictures and figured I might as well post mine.

                        Kib, The first 4 weeks was a huge loss, 25 pounds. After that it has slowed to 2.5 pounds a week, sometimes less and sometimes more. I have gone without any change for the past 2 weeks almost. But I've learned to be ok with that. I've also been doing a lot of muscle work, so my clothes are loose but the scale is the same. I'm ok with that! lol

                        Kat, my menu is pretty strict. I don't really count my carbs as much as I was, probably ranging from 25-30 in a day. I stayed on the veggie rung for about 8 weeks lol. I just upped my amounts each week because I was afraid of the control I'd have with berries and nuts. I get a little carried away with the pistachios...
                        What I mean by strict, is the fact that I went up in carbs on veggies, stick to only "whole foods", no boxed lunch meat, hot dogs or pepperonis. I try to never eat out. I have had probably 3 diet sodas in 3 months. I drink 100+ ounces of water everyday. I also make sure I get in all my veggies and take my vitamins.

                        I do my arms 3 days a week, legs 3 days a week and try to walk 3 miles 6 days a week. Sometimes it's hard. Especially when my husband was deployed. And it was a nice surprise for him to come home to a wife who had lost 40 pounds!
