Right - now if I can figure out how to, am going to try and dare myself to post horrendous 'before' pics, and one from last weekend: I know it's not very much weight off but I have started to feel a bit better about myself and way less bloaty and uncomfortable...

, I am going to do a week or so induction to get my head back on track, and have signed up to the June no-cheat forum, so hopefully the next 10-20lbs will come off in a nice steady manner!
