There is only about 17 - 18 pounds difference between the two photos. The first photo is a pretty dramatic demonstration of what a sustained diet of bread, rice and sugary crap does to my body. I really need to blow it up, laminate it and stick it on the refrigerator. And keep a small one in my wallet to show any jerk who tries to hassle me about eating a low-carb diet.
Still have a lot more weight I'd like to lose, but I feel armed and ready to keep going.
