    Here is me on st. patty's day this year!!!!



    here's is more recent maybe like 4 weeks ago...



    me again in florida... with my yummy little niece....

    Congrats on deciding to do something that will better your life in every way possible. you were wise to choose Atkins cuz it is without a doubt the best decision I've ever made! Good luck with your journey, It'll be long and hard but totally worth it in the end!

          Hello lovely! Good Luck on starting your journey... I started over today. I will tell you, if you stick with this way of eating, you will not regret it! Atkins changed my life before and I'm here to do it for good this time. Can't wait for the follow up pics of a new you!

                    Thank you all for your encouragement.... its been really bad! my birthday is around the around and i'm really dissappointed in myself. since then i've only lost 10 lbs.
