Progress 3 1/2 weeks into extended induction

So I'm about 3 1/2 weeks into Induction. I occasionally eat a few strawberries for dessert. I'm sort of doing my own version of the Induction. I'm down about 11 or 12 pounds so far.

I work out at the gym 2 hours a day, cardio and a lot of strength training. The funny thing is, I haven't lost a pant size yet. I'm still in the same size, but my pants are slightly looser on me.

I'm guessing another 10ish pounds before I'm in a size smaller. So far so good, I'll keep plugging away.

Can anyone tell if there is any difference?

Is there a reason you aren't following the plan as it was written?

I've probably joined the wrong website. I'm doing low carb, but doing what is best for my body. My whole family is doing low carb or Atkins, but we're doing different variations of it. And a few strawberries don't have many carbs in them. Plus I'm working out like crazy. Maybe I should join another board someplace else.

Great results! Well done and thanks for posting your pics. You know, if you were to try Atkins 'proper' you might find you have even better results.

I see a difference. Since this is a lifestyle plan, do the program that works for you.
                      Good luck and continued success.
Confidence is a beautiful thing. It's not about makeovers or magazines or even a drawer full of beautiful lingerie. It's a look in your eye. An awareness of yourself -- an appreciation -- that others can't help but be drawn to. It's a sense of comfort, freedom to relax inside your choices, to see the strength within your curves. How easy then is it to be beautiful. All you have to do is see yourself that way. -From the Hanes website but oh-so true.
