thanks guys i appreciate yr kind words......yr right j209 this diet is real easy to do .....tried the low calorie diet and couldnt do it ,,,,,,i do it real strict ....except for my esspressos ....lol.......ill post a few more pics 2 months from now .....my goal is to be 190 pounds and ripped......lol
