i did atkins before i'm trying to start again because i want to lose 20 lbs or 30. I just need some motivation again. here is a picture of me last year

You look good on the pic if thats the weight your trying to get back to then this photo should be the best motivation.

Love the pic! What adorable little girls. You're so pretty. Is this what you look like now, or is it inspiration? I know you look great, either way.
